Always encouraging and educational when I have an appointment with Nell Woodroffe,DNP. Before the close of every encounter, Nell personally schedules a follow up appointment. If I need a refill or referral, she makes sure that I receive a call asap with the date, time and location. I hate that she had to let me know that her time for retirement was very near. I’m happy because she deserves to enjoy retirement after all the years she has put in helping people like me live better and feel better. She assured me that I would continue to experience great care when she is no longer at CCHW. Happy retirement to Nell Woodroffe,DNP

I have been with Dr. Knuckle for some time. I just do not like 2hr appointments for no reason! I shouldn't have to speak to you via webex and them you come down the hall for the same conversation in person. She is too good of a doctor for all that extra!!

My experience with medical staff great. I understand that you need to be compensated for services but hi get a feeling that if for some reason if I am not able pay my deductible I would not be seen
