The care from my doctor and the nurse is great. However this was my third appointment and also the third time I’ve waited more than 30 minutes to be seen after my scheduled time. Each time the wait gets longer, today I Waited half an hour to be called back and then another twenty minutes for the doctor. It wouldn’t normally be a big deal but when I’m on my lunch break from work it is a big inconvenience.

Caleb is very attentive to my needs and getting my meds correct. He does not keep me waiting and he gives me samples when possible.

Wait time to be seen before going back was about 15 minutes and wait time in the room itself was about 10 minutes. Provider was Caleb and he is always a good listener and pays attention to my needs
