The medical care is always awesome. I really love and appreciate my doctor but the waiting at times is a bit overwhelming.

I am recovering from a dx of cancer in December/ chemotherapy over last 7 months and double mastectomy in July; now will need radiation. So I was a little behind seeing my primary care…..
However the staff were wonderful/ supportive and compassionate with their care getting records and updating my record. Caleb was so empathetic and kind. I’m thankful I was able to re establish with this practice! God bless them!

She is very thorough in helping me get to the root cause of my chronic joint pain. I have had to wait extra long to be seen by her when I was out in the waiting room, and I don't like that!

Wait was 1.25 hours, other than that the staff is pleasant and Dr. McGraw is lovely. Thoughtful and willing to talk about medical issues and the options available.

She listens to patient & family concerns. She make herself available to return calls. She has been a major role in getting my mother whatever she needed. My mother is not healed yet but she is doing better because she cared about my mother’s condition. My mother is better today than she was 5-7 months ago.

I am very happy with Nell as my primary care provider, however the wait time in the exam room seems overly long.
