I have been a patient with Carolina Health and wellness for over five years. I can honestly say, everyone working there is amazing. Nell was my primary care provider however, she retired in August 2022. My new primary care provider is Caleb. He is humble, caring and understanding. I truly love my primary care provider team.

I've met with Caleb Frett. He listens and makes excellent decisions. Explains side effects and complications of medications and treatments. Caleb is the 1st Dr in years who has adequately addressed issues or referred me appropriately. Excellent care. Professional and proficient as his Practice, I highly recommend his treatment.
